Noah Litwack is a Director with the Restructuring practice of Farber.
His primary role is focusing on small and medium-sized businesses in the corporate Restructuring practice. In addition, he is often called on to assist in complicated consumer insolvency engagements of sole proprietors. He provides distressed financial advisory services to:
- directors and officers of corporations
- shareholders and other stakeholders
- secured and unsecured lenders/creditors
- owners/managers of small business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships
- individual consumers and wage earners
Select client experience
Noah’s previous work includes:
- acting as Licensed Insolvency Trustee for proposals for a not-for-profit facility including overseeing the sale and investment solicitation process while monitoring cash-flows and operations
- developing a complex option for creditors to convert debt to equity as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee for proposals for a public corporation that develops and distributes antimicrobial compounds
- supervising the wind-down of business, liquidation of assets, and administration of the Wage Earner Protection Program as court-appointed receiver and Licensed Insolvency Trustee in bankruptcy of a trucking company
- acting as Licensed Insolvency Trustee for proposals of a sole proprietor during which he assisted with negotiations with government agencies to settle outstanding personal and business tax-related debts
