She has developed a passion for recruiting in part due to its application of her psychology studies. Her communication skills and candidate-centric approach ensures top quality hires in all areas of full-time, interim, and fractional positions.
Jill’s experience working in collaboration with senior management is in finance and operations recruitment at the executive and mid-senior level. She focuses on:

She joined Farber in 2018 upon completion of an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Toronto.
