  • bridge, bulge, and short-term loans
  • equipment leasing and financing
  • subordinated debt
  • term loans and commercial mortgages (owner occupied)
  • venture and royalty loans, and government funding for early stage companies
  • working capital, factoring, and purchase order financing

Barbara brings 30 years of senior financial and operational experience in retail, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, hospitality, and electronics. She has worked with stakeholders to manage departments, prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. She also brings financing related experience including:

  • structuring and negotiating new asset-based loan (ABL) facilities
  • reducing financing costs, and improving cash flow
  • leading a re-organization and negotiation of credit facilities, including bridge financing
  • negotiating and managing leasing arrangements
