There have been significant changes in how executives search for career opportunities. Once taboo, senior executives are networking aggressively. This has created a dynamic where it is harder to stand out among the competition.
Executives in transition are getting more traction when they are able to articulate a target-centered value proposition versus reciting a “me-centered” elevator pitch. Building your personal value proposition(s) and guiding you to use them effectively will be the focus of this workshop.
- How networking calls/emails are perceived by the target audience
- Identifying what you do better than most and defining your value proposition(s)
- Knowing your target’s interests and what value proposition to present in a call, email, or in-person meeting
- Networking opportunities during breakfast and after the session
