We are excited to announce the addition of Marty O’Doherty and Ivan Ivanovitch to Farber’s rapidly growing Interim Management & Executive Search business.
Marty joins the search practice as a Partner to lead our Private Equity and Industrial Sector and Ivan as a Senior Consultant, where he will focus on growing our sales, marketing and digital vertical.
Marty comes to B. Riley Farber with over 20 years of experience—in the UK and across North America—and has developed talent strategies for some of Canada’s leading manufacturing, private equity, CPG, and technology brands. Through his career, he has established a world class client and candidate network, while helping manufacturing, supply chain, and services business leaders find and retain exceptional talent. Prior to joining Farber, Marty spent 10 years at a global search firm, supporting his clients in sourcing board members, C-suite executives, and other senior-level management roles.
Ivan brings 20 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing and is recognized as a trusted business advisor. He has collaborated with organizations to solve complex business problems with an emphasis on building long-term relationships. He has built exceptional teams at several of Canada’s leading professional services firms—in various functional areas including business development, communications, and marketing. Prior to joining Farber, Ivan established an extensive network in professional services across Canada, primarily with legal and accounting firms.
