Farber is pleased to have acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Ucore Rare Metals, a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, in acquiring Innovation Metals Corp. and RapidSX™ rare earth elements (REEs) separation technology.
Innovation Metals Corp. (IMC) is a private, Canada-based company. They have developed the proprietary RapidSX™ process — an accelerated form of solvent extraction that allows for the low-cost separation and purification of REEs, nickel, cobalt, lithium and other technology metals. In order to help North American mining and metal-recycling companies compete in today’s global marketplace, IMC is commercializing the RapidSX™ process.
Ucore Rare Metals is a US-based development-phase company focused on technologies related to rare and critical metals. Ucore’s vision is to transition into an advanced technology company that provides mineral separation products and services to the mining and mineral extraction industry. This vision includes the development of the company’s Bokan-Dotson Ridge Rare Earth Project and the Alaska Strategic Metals Complex.
