As part of our Executive Workshop Series, this morning workshop is designed to help you articulate your value proposition.

There have been significant changes in how executives search for career opportunities. Once taboo, senior executives are networking aggressively. This has created a dynamic where it is harder to stand out from the competition.

Executives in transition are getting more traction when they are able to articulate a target-centered value proposition versus reciting a “me-centered” elevator pitch. Building your personal value proposition(s) and guiding you to use them effectively will be the focus of this workshop.

Overview:

  • how networking calls/emails are perceived by the target audience
  • identifying what you do better than most and defining your value proposition(s)
  • knowing your target’s interests and what value proposition to present in a call, email, or in-person meeting
  • networking opportunities during breakfast and after the session
