By Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell dated March 17, 2009 (the “Receivership Order“), B. Riley Farber Inc. (“B. Riley Farber“) became the Interim Receiver and Receiver (the “Receiver“) in respect of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Eagle Precision Technologies Ltd. (“Eagle“).
Status Updates
In addition, by Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell dated March 17, 2009 (the “Approval and Vesting Order“), a sale of substantially all of Eagle’s assets was approved. The sale closed on March 20, 2009.
Pursuant to authority granted by Order of the Honourable Madam Justice Pepall dated April 8, 2009, the Receiver made a distribution from the sale proceeds to the first secured creditor.
Pursuant to authority granted by Order of the Honourable Madam Justice Mesber dated August 14, 2009, the Receiver distributed the remaining proceeds and assets of Eagle to The Eagle Group of Companies Inc. The Receiver has been discharged.
