On September 2, 2022, by Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”), A. Farber and Partners Inc. (“Farber”) was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver“), without security, of all of the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof (the “Property”) of Canadian Beaver Brewing and Distillery Company Ltd. (the “Debtor” or “Beaver Brewing“), pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the “BIA”) and sections 13(2) of the Judicature Act, R.S.A. 2000.

Farber, in its capacity as Receiver, is undertaking a formal sales process in respect of the assets, undertakings and property of Beaver Brewing, which is inclusive of the equipment used for brewing and packaging of beer, industrial tanks used for storing beer, forklift and inventory used in the operation of Beaver Brewing.
Interested parties will have until 5:00 p.m. (MDT) on October 31, 2022, to submit a binding offer, in the prescribed form, which will be provided to interested parties upon execution of a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”).
