Key duties & responsibilities

We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Recruiter to join our team, focusing on providing a high-touch candidate experience. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, including the screening of active job seekers and proactive sourcing of passive candidates. You will manage the entire candidate process for both full-time and IT contractors, building deep and long-term relationships. Working closely with Senior Search Consultants and directly with clients, you will effectively provide top talent to meet client’s technology and business needs in a timely manner. With a focus on quality and service delivery, identify the best talent to build high performing teams.

Farber focuses on executive and mid-to-senior management roles, as well as specialists including business intelligence, architects, business analysts, and project managers.

Education & experience

  • Bachelors degree coupled with relevant experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, with a successful track record and an established network within Ontario
  • Experience proactively recruiting passive candidates through networking, social media, and actively engaging in the technology community
  • Experience supporting both full-time and IT mandates
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; working in a team and highly collaborative environment
  • Solid time management, multi-tasking skills, with a sense of urgency and service delivery mindset
